Global Network Services Engineer (working Location： Dalian, Wuhan, Beijing)
需求人数：60人
Des_c_r_i_p_tion
- Working with assigned Customer Support Request; Participate in trials and customer demonstrations (Domestic & Oversea) with advanced technology.
- Participate in live network and customer demonstrations from technical point of view all over the word.
- Technical interface towards customer, sales, product line and/or R&D.
- Knowledge sharing with team.
- Plan and co-ordinate activities with internal/external customers.
- Provide technical support for Ericsson products; Support Project Managers as technical subject matter expert.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science - Essential
Business Competence:
- Demonstrate high level of interest in the telecommunication industry - Essential
Human Competence:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) - Essential
- Demonstrated leadership and team work abilities - Essential
- Able to work in high pressure and dynamic environment - Essential
- Willing to travel on short notice - Essential
